Refund policy

You may return your unused purchase from TurmanMerchCo.com if it is in brand new condition, within 14 days of the original delivery date, for any reason, and receive a full refund, provided that you contact us to request a return via email at office@turmanmerchco.com or phone at 877-4TURMAN.  We will provide the return address, and a Return Authorization Number to write on the box.  You will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it, and provided the product is unused and in brand new condition, we will issue you a full refund, less original shipping charges, within 14 days.    

Should you receive a defective or damaged product from us, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date via email at office@turmanmerchco.com or phone at 877-4TURMAN, and we will refund or replace the defective product at our discretion.

Should a product you purchased from TurmanMerchCo.com be offered for sale at a lower price on TurmanMerchCo.com only, within 14 days of your original purchase, we will refund the difference in price if you request a price match by sending us an email at office@turmanmerchco.com or phone at 877-4TURMAN.  This excludes any clearance product, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales which may run from Nov 27 - Dec 3 annually.     

I'm sorry, but we do not price match other websites, bricks and mortar stores, or our annual Minnesota State Fair retail store.
